About the Recipe

Ingredients
400ml whole milk or oat milk
200ml heavy cream or coconut milk
330g black chocolate (65%)
30g beans coffee
Preparation
In a saucepan, pour the milk, cream, and coffee beans and vanilla pods.
Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Then, bring it to a boil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, in another bowl, melt your chocolate.
Pour your milk-cream-coffee mixture over the chocolate after removing the coffee beans. Mix well, then return everything to a saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the cream into jars and let them cool before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
