Exploring the universe of cooking means discovering new flavors, ingredients, cultures and techniques, while always coming back to the simplicity and generosity that first inspired me.

The kitchen is a place where different universes meet. French technique and my Provençal roots are part of my foundation, but my years of cooking, baking, traveling and discovering other cultures have shaped the way I create today.

I love learning, experimenting and bringing unexpected ideas together but always with respect for the ingredient, the season and the people I am cooking for.

Whether I am preparing a private dinner, creating personalized meals for a family, developing a menu for a special occasion, or making French pastries by hand, I want every creation to have its own story.
